Returning Customer - What's my User ID and Password?
If you are a returning customer, your User ID is your 10 digit office telephone number from your first order, numeric characters only (example: phone: 555-123-4567  User ID: 5551234567). Your Password is usually the same as the User ID.  However, it may be your account number or you may have changed it to something else.

    1) If we have your e-mail address on file,
        we can E-mail Your Password.

Problem Signing In?
The User ID and Password are NOT case sensitive.  Also if you run into difficulty, you need to make sure your browser allows either cookies or session cookies.

New Customer – You Do NOT have to Sign In to place an order!
To Begin - Simply begin placing items in your cart.
We will ask for your customer information at checkout.

After your first order is placed, your User ID and Password are created automatically. Initially, your User ID and Password are your office telephone number - no spaces, no dashes. (example: phone: 555-123-4567   User ID: 5551234567)
